Cruise Control for Honda CB500X from 2013 servo

I ordered my cruise control on a Wednesday and by Friday they had manufactured it and shipped already. Received on the Monday and I was super keen to install it. The supplied instructions were super easy to follow and just having pictures and everything is fantastic! That being said, they weren't kidding when they said that it's definitely a process to install!

I had some innovating to do with my install though because I had the Givi TN1121 crash bars installed and the supplied bracket doesn't work with it. Once this issue was overcome and a slight modification to the fairings was done (this was because I had the crash bars fitted) it was fully installed and ready test! Initially had some troubles with the clutch sensor but this was fixed by a simple change of which wire I was plugged into.

I've since tested it on the road with hills and all and I have to say I am really really impressed with the level of functionality and precision that this has. I have a few hills near me and it handles them better than my car to be honest. 100% worth the time and hard earned money. I suffer from issues where my extremities get really cold and numb and this addition to the bike allows me to do much much more than I already could and makes riding an incredibly fun and comfortable experience!

Would I do it again on my next bike..... YES!
