About Us

The first motorcycle cruise control was adapted to a 1994 Honda VFR750 motorcycle by Tony and Frank Guymer in 1996. The invention and production of the 'cable interface unit' (CIU) permitted the safe application of conventional automotive cruise controls to the wider motorcycle market. This prompted establishment of the company and the subsequent design, production and sale of the first after-market, model-specific, electronic cruise controls for motorcycles in the world.

Since then about 400 cruise kits for motorcycles and ATVs have been developed. Each unit is designed, tested and configured, specifically for the particular bike.

The ATV and Utility vehicle markets required the development of a totally new computer and software to deliver accurate, low-speed control.

Installation on most bikes is 'plug & play' - no cutting of wires and virtually no modification to the standard motorcycle is required.

The last nine years has seen the product sold in Australia, New Zealand, the USA, Canada, Hong Kong, Singapore, Europe and Hungary. The prestigious 'Ecomobile', based on the K series BMW, from Peraves in Switzerland use our cruise control. MCS has built a reputation for impressive performance and excellent reliability in all its products.

The company has now established a pre-eminent position by focusing on safety, quality and longevity of the product, combined with premium service and support. Repeat sales are a regular feature of the overall sales profile.

MCCruise has earned a reputation over the last twenty years as the best 'value for money' motorcycle accessory on the market along with the 'QuadCruise' precision speed & spray controls and more recently, the new SpeedSafe Speed Limiter for ATVs. MCCruise is now developing precision Tractor PTO cruise controls and will shortly start marketing those products for Kubota tractors - we already have one for Landini.
