Triumph Sprint GT Customers Feedback

Triumph Sprint GT Customer Feedback

Hi Frank,

I just wanted to let you know that the cruise control arrived and installation was a breeze, very comprehensive instructions and perfect lengths on the wiring loom. No problems during or after installation at all! After running through the diagnostics checks I took it out for its maiden voyage yesterday (500kms) and everything works flawlessly, it holds the speed perfectly, up-hill and down-hill. Makes for very relaxing highway riding and some inquisitive looks from other riders if you don’t have a hand on the throttle without slowing down. All in all a well-made, well thought out unit.

I was very impressed with the prompt and detailed responses to my questions as well as your very generous offer to take time out of your upcoming holidays to assist with anything while you were in the area, if necessary (which wasn’t necessary due to the excellent instructions and completeness of the kit).

I will definitely be recommending this unit to anyone that is looking at a cruise control for their bike!

Kind regards,

Adrian (Sept 2013)

Tony / Frank,

I have just finished fitting, setting up and testing the cruise control on my Triumph Sprint GT and I couldn't be happier. The quality of the parts supplied and of the installation, setup and testing manuals were of the highest order. The installation manual in particular was brilliant coming complete with detailed written instruction, complemented with many photographs that combined to make installation very straight forward and easy. The manuals are way beyond those I have experienced with other motorcycle parts providers.

I would also like to thank you for your prompt and efficient pre and post sales communications (email and telephone) which provided me with assurance to purchase in the first instance and then some timely advice to correct an error of mine in setup. I can now ride my bike and have relief from boring roads and a numbing right hand at the touch of a button, thank you.

Regards,

Neil, Victoria, Australia (July 2012)
